We supply and install a range of PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems tailored for use at home, in the office or in call centres.  A full programming service is offered together with user training and on-site and remote system maintenance.

VOIP

Our engineers are currently evaluating a number of different VOIP solutions that are designed to integrate with traditional PBX Systems. For information on VOIP, please e-mail VOIP@tmtec.net.

Virtual PBX Systems 

We are currently testing a wholly computer based "virtual" PBX system, based on VOIP technologies.  We expect to role out the first systems towards the end of the year.

Call Centre Simulators 

Our Call Centre Simulation (Training) System is currently in use at a number of locations throughout the country.  The system is currently based upon an AVAYA Index System and is designed to simulate a number of different inbound / outbound call scenarios.  The system is provided with NCFE and City & Guilds assessment / portfolio building materials, to enable the assessment and monitoring of candidates undertaking Entry Level Call Centre Courses.

The system is currently being re-engineered to work with a virtual PBX system, with the aim of reducing the capital cost of the system by around 50%.
